Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons gelatin (optional)
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes if using.
