Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon cubes
- 2 medium cucumbers sliced
- 150g feta cheese crumbled
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Cut watermelon into cubes and place in a bowl
2. Slice cucumbers and add to bowl
3. Add sliced red onion
4. Sprinkle fresh basil
5. Mix olive oil and lemon juice
6. Pour dressing over salad
7. Gently toss ingredients
8. Add feta cheese and fold lightly
9. Season with salt and pepper
10. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving
