Ingredients
- 1 spiral-cut ham (6–8 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple slices (20 oz) with juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Place ham in slow cooker flat side down
2. Pour pineapple juice into bottom
3. Mix brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon, cloves
4. Rub mixture between slices and over ham
5. Add pineapple and butter on top
6. Cook on low for 4–5 hours
7. Baste occasionally and serve warm
