Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame seeds and herbs optional

Instructions

1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper

2. Mix honey garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl

3. Heat oil and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes

4. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes

5. Pour sauce into skillet and simmer

6. Spoon glaze over salmon until thickened

7. Cook broccoli separately until tender

8. Serve salmon with broccoli and drizzle sauce

9. Garnish and enjoy
