Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons fresh mint or basil, chopped

Instructions
1. Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes and remove seeds.
2. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds or half-moons.
3. Add watermelon, cucumber, and red onion to a large bowl.
4. Sprinkle in fresh mint or basil.
5. Whisk olive oil with lemon juice or lime juice.
6. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Fold in crumbled feta cheese.
8. Season with salt and black pepper.
