Ingredients

- 1.5 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- Parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions
- 1. Pat chicken wings dry
- 2. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- 3. Mix marinade ingredients in bowl
- 4. Coat wings and marinate 2 hours or overnight
- 5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- 6. Grill wings 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally
- 7. Brush BBQ butter mixture in last 5 minutes
- 8. Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F
- 9. Rest for few minutes, garnish, and serve
