Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: paprika or garlic powder
Instructions
1. Cook macaroni until al dente and drain
2. Grease crockpot lightly
3. Add macaroni and cheeses
4. Whisk milk and eggs together
5. Pour mixture over pasta
6. Add butter and seasoning
7. Cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours
8. Stir once or twice gently
9. Serve warm and creamy
Notes
- Do not overcook pasta
- Add milk if texture thickens too much
- Use sharp cheddar for stronger flavor
- Optional broil for crispy top
