Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth
2. Add vanilla and salt, stir well
3. Mix in oats and protein powder gradually
4. Add chia seeds and combine
5. Adjust texture with milk as needed
6. Roll into small balls
7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes
