- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano

- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry
2. Mix marinade ingredients
3. Coat chicken and marinate 30 minutes
4. Heat skillet and cook chicken 5-6 minutes each side
5. Prepare asparagus with oil and seasoning
6. Cook asparagus 4-6 minutes
7. Serve chicken with asparagus and garnish
