  • 600 g potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning

3. Spread potatoes on baking tray

4. Roast for 35–40 minutes until crispy

5. Season chicken with spices and oil

6. Preheat grill to medium heat

7. Grill chicken 6–8 minutes per side

8. Rest chicken for a few minutes

9. Serve with roasted potatoes and lemon wedges
