Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 250 grams linguine
- Salt for boiling water

Instructions
1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken with seasoning for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add butter and melt, then pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until smooth. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
6. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat evenly.
7. Slice chicken and return to skillet. Mix gently and heat through.
8. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, then serve warm.
