Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red onion wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with الزيت, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika
2. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes
3. Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper
4. Preheat grill to medium heat
5. Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side
6. Grill vegetables for 8–10 minutes turning occasionally
7. Rest chicken before slicing
8. Serve with vegetables and lemon juice
