Description

A fresh and simple chickpea salad with olive oil and lemon inspired by traditional Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

Instructions
