Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups grated zucchini (squeezed to remove excess moisture)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra richness)
Directions:
- Prep the Oven & Pan 🔥
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. - Mix the Dry Ingredients 🌾
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. - Make the Wet Mixture 🥄
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. - Add Zucchini 🥒
