Ingredients
500g (1 lb) boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
Optional for serving:
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Cooked rice
Instructions
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken pieces and cook for 6โ8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
3. Reduce heat to medium.
4. Add orange marmalade and soy sauce to the skillet.
5. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 3โ5 minutes until thickened.
6. Coat chicken evenly in the glossy sauce.
7. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier texture.
Add a splash of water if sauce becomes too thick.
Adjust sweetness by adding less marmalade if preferred.
