Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper or cinnamon
  • 8 oz warm water

Instructions

  1. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass.
