This Watermelon Sorbet Ninja Creami is the ultimate summer refresh—light, fruity, and creamy with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
3 cups watermelon chunks (rind removed, seeds out)
1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
Liquid sweetener of choice, to taste (like maple or date syrup)
Optional: Coconut water or water to fill max line
Instructions
1. Blend watermelon until smooth. You can mash it directly in the Ninja Creami pint if preferred.
2. Add citrus zest, juice, and sweetener to taste. Mix well.
3. Top with coconut water to reach the max fill line if needed.
4. Seal and freeze the pint for 24 hours, flat and level.
5. Spin on the Sorbet setting using Ninja Creami.
6. If crumbly, hit the Respin button once or twice until smooth.
7. Serve immediately or store airtight in the freezer.
Notes
If your watermelon is sweet, you may not need extra sweetener.
Try adding mint, strawberries, or chocolate chips for fun mix-ins.
For a tropical twist, swap water for coconut water.
