- 1 tsp magnesium powder or 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses

Instructions
- Squeeze lemon or lime into your glass.
- Add water or coconut water.
- Stir in sea salt and magnesium powder or molasses.
- Add sweetener or garnishes if using.
- Stir well and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use magnesium glycinate for a calming effect, citrate for digestion.
