Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
8 oz noodles (spaghetti, udon, or rice noodles)
3 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnish: green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
3. Season chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked
4. Remove chicken and set aside
5. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant
6. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil
7. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens
8. Return chicken and coat with sauce
9. Add noodles and toss until evenly coated
10. Garnish and serve hot
