- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Optional Topping:
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Directions:
