  • 1 (9-inch) double-crust pie pastry, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Add white sugar, brown sugar, and water. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to simmer for 3–4 minutes.
