Ingredients
1 tablespoon cream cheese (½ oz)
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
5 Oreo cookies or chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds until soft.
2. Add sugar and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
3. Pour in heavy cream and milk; whisk until fully combined.
4. Transfer to Ninja Creami container, ensuring not to pass the fill line.
5. Freeze flat for at least 24 hours.
6. After freezing, place pint into the Creami and use the ICE CREAM function.
7. While processing, chop Oreos into quarters.
8. Create a hole in the center of the ice cream and add cookie pieces.
9. Use the MIX-IN function to incorporate cookies evenly.
10. Serve immediately or refreeze for a firmer texture.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add 1 tablespoon powdered milk to the base.
Use RE-SPIN if the texture is too crumbly before adding mix-ins.
To make it protein-rich, replace milk with vanilla protein shake and reduce sugar.
