Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- Optional: avocado or feta cheese
Instructions
1. Place chicken in a bowl and coat with olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
4. Refrigerate the sauce until ready to use.
5. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
6. Grill chicken for 5โ7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
8. Prepare vegetables by slicing lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
9. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or over flame.
10. Spread yogurt sauce on tortilla, add chicken and vegetables.
11. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
