- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (optional for creamy version)
- 1 tablespoon collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free whipped topping (optional)
- Cinnamon or finely chopped soft berries (optional)
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and pour into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add sugar-free gelatin powder and stir for 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup cold water and let cool for 3–5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl or shaker, whisk protein powder with a small amount of cooled gelatin or protein shake until smooth.
- Slowly whisk the protein mixture back into the gelatin until fully combined.

- Pour into small cups or silicone molds for portion control.
