Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free whipped topping (optional)
  • Cinnamon or finely chopped soft berries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and pour into a medium mixing bowl.
