Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper
2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds
4. Add shrimp in a single layer
5. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque
6. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley
