Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (optional)
  • Whole grain sandwich rolls or lettuce wraps

Instructions

1. Slice beef thinly for tenderness

2. Heat olive oil and lightly sear beef for 2โ€“3 minutes

3. Transfer beef to crockpot
