  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • Neutral oil for cooking
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 3 burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for serving

Instructions

  1. Gently mix beef, sour cream, ranch powder, bacon, cheddar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into patties and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  3.  Heat skillet on medium-high, add oil, and cook patties 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Mix mayo, mustard, and chili sauce for sauce.
  5. Toast buns, assemble burgers with sauce, lettuce, tomato, and patties.
