Description

A rich, creamy, and protein-packed chocolate mousse made with cottage cheese. This easy dessert comes together in minutes and feels totally indulgent—without the guilt.

Ingredients

▢1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat

▢2–3 tbsp honey

▢1–2 tbsp cocoa powder, start with one and adjust to taste

▢1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

2. Blend on high until the mousse is completely smooth. If it looks grainy, keep blending!

3. Taste and adjust cocoa or honey if needed.

4. Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings if desired.

5. Serve chilled or store in the fridge to firm up further.

Notes

Use full-fat (4%) cottage cheese for the creamiest result. Drain excess liquid before blending.

If the mousse is too runny, refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken.

For faster thickening, stir in 1 tbsp of chia seeds or flax seeds.
