Ingredients
2 flatbreads (8-inch each)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup basil pesto
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread pesto evenly over each flatbread.
4. Top with shredded chicken in an even layer.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
6. Add cherry tomatoes evenly across the top.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
9. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Use store-bought or homemade pesto.
Swap flatbread with naan or pizza dough if desired.
Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
