Description
Chicken Fajita Wraps are a bold and flavorful meal made with seasoned chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, and a creamy lime sauce wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow or green bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: shredded cheese, avocado slices, fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil and all spices until well coated.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
3. Remove chicken and set aside.
4. In the same pan, cook bell peppers and onion for about 5 minutes until softened.
5. Return chicken to the skillet and mix with vegetables, cook for 2 more minutes.
6. In a small bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt with lime juice and salt to make sauce.
7. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft.
8. Place chicken and veggie mixture in center of tortilla.
9. Drizzle sauce and add optional toppings like cheese or avocado.
10. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
11. Optional: toast wraps for 1–2 minutes per side.
12. Serve warm and enjoy.

- Slice chicken evenly for quick and even cooking.
- Do not overcook vegetables to keep slight crunch.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
