Ingredients
1 English cucumber thinly sliced
8 oz imitation crab chopped
3 green onions sliced
1 avocado sliced
Soy sauce or tamari to taste
Spicy mayo to taste
Optional: sesame seeds, pickled ginger, wasabi, ginger soy glaze
Instructions
1. Slice the cucumber thinly and place in a bowl.
2. Add crab, green onions, soy sauce, spicy mayo, salt, and pepper.
3. Shake or toss gently to combine.
4. Top with avocado, sesame seeds, and other toppings.
