Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions
1. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce
2. Lay tortillas and layer cheese, chicken, and more cheese
3. Fold tortillas in half
4. Cook in skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy
