  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)
  • **Cream Cheese Frosting**
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir gently.
  6. Add mashed bananas and fold in until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
