Ingredients
1 pound cheese ravioli
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup cream or milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
3. Add mushrooms and cook until golden
4. Stir in tomatoes and cream, then simmer
5. Boil ravioli and drain
6. Layer sauce and ravioli in baking dish
7. Top with cheese
8. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly
9. Let rest before serving
