Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300g (about 10 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ยฝ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Juice of ยฝ lemon
  • ยผ cup chopped parsley
  • ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve ยฝ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
